Lease Term

• Minimum of 3 months, but 6 months and beyond is preferred.

What does the rental price include?

• Use of room and common spaces

• Use of condominium facilities like pool and gym.

• Up to 1 Gbps Internet.

• Weekly Cleaning: Common areas + Your room too.

• Utilities & sundries shared.

Security Deposit

• 1 month deposit, regardless of lease term.

• Refund within 2 weeks of move-out date, after reinstatement and professional cleaning.

Some Basic House Rules

• Light cooking only.

• No Pets, please.
